Invar 36 round bars UNS K93600 EN 1.3912 contain Chromium 0.50% min, Manganese 0.06% min, Nickel 35-38%, Silicon 0.35% minimum which is commonly used in various daily applications such as Laser Part Applications, Moulds for Composite Aircraft Parts, Precision Condenser Plates Resonant, Cavities for Radars, Special Joints and Washers, Thermostatic Bimetals. Invar 36 in the annealed condition can be strengthened further by relatively low temperature heat treatment. Invar 36 bars are available in ASTM A276, ASTM A479, ASTM A484, ASTM A582, ASTM A473 specifications.
