Titanium Grade 2 is available in Bar, Billet, Extrusion, Plate, Sheet, Strip, Wire, Pipe, Tube, Rings and Forgings.
Titanium Grades 1-4 are unalloyed and generally known as CP (Commercially Pure). The tensile and yield strength of titanium generally increases with the grade number. Titanium is 30% stronger than Steel but nearly 50% lighter and although Aluminium is lighter, Titanium is stronger and has excellent strength retention. Due to Titanium's weight, strength and high corrosion resistance it is very popular in various manufacturing industries from aerospace, medical, shipping, military etc.

Titanium Grade 5 round bars UNS R56400 WR NO 3.7165 contain Aluminium 5.5-6.75 % max, Iron 0.40% max which is commonly used in various daily applications such as Aerospace, Surgical Implants, Jewellery, Chemical, Springs, Bolts. Titanium Gr 5 in the annealed condition can be strengthened further by relatively low temperature heat treatment. Titanium Grade 5 bars are available in ASTM A276, ASTM A479, ASTM A484, ASTM A582, ASTM A473 specifications. Titanium Ti5Al2.5Sn (Grade 6) is a high strength alloy which is most commonly used in airframe and jet engine applications. Titanium Ti5Al2.5Sn (Grade 6) has good weldability, stability and strength at elevated temperatures.
